Rental Rates When placing a reservation, a deposit of 50% of your rentals is required, and the balance due the day of delivery. All charges are for time out, whether used or not, so make selections carefully. Rental rates quoted are daily, or single use rate unless otherwise noted. Most items are rented on a "one occasion" basis. (Pickup the day before, and return the day after.) Items being rented for Saturday or Sunday use are picked up Friday and returned on Monday. If you desire to use rental items for longer than 48 hours, please call us for long term rates. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery Policy You as the the customer are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all permits and their expense. Rates quoted for delivered items are based on first floor delivery to your door. Tables and chairs, as well as other items, are set up at additional charges. Goods for pick up should be disassembled and available to drive to avoid extra charges. Tables and chairs must be folded and left under cover; dishes and glasses must be cleaned and carefully repacked in boxes. Please check and count your order upon receipt. Our count of items must be accepted unless we are notified immediately. Cleaning You will receive all rental items clean and ready for use. Special containers are provided for your china, glassware, etc. to insure that you receive your items sterilized, undamaged, sparkling and ready. Food service items must be cleaned, dried, and packed in the original cartons prior to your return or our pickup. Additional charges will be assessed for packing cartons and boxes not returned and for cleaning of equipment returned dirty, as noted in our price list. Loss or Damage You, the customer, are responsible for all equipment rented from the time of receipt until the time of return. Please be sure that all rented equipment is secured when not in use, and protected from weather. Check with the management of hired halls to make sure they will take care of this for you. We do charge for missing or broken items; china, glassware, etc. will be considered broken if chipped. We do not rent china or glassware that is chipped; once it has been chipped, we discard it. If you discover a chipped or broken item when you unpack your order, please notify us at once so that we can note it on your contract.
